Cancelation Policy
If you have booked direct on our website, we have a 3 day cancelation policy. Any cancelations more than 3 days prior to the reservation will be a full refund. Cancelations within the 3 day window will result in equivalent to a 1 night stay plus fees. Bookings from other platforms have their own cancelation policy which can be upwards of 7 days.
At TZ Property Management, we provide clean, fully equipped, and thoughtfully maintained homes for short and extended stays.
